Return Policy

At Macromize, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@macromize.ae. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return shipping is available at a flat rate of AED 25.00.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
